Do your products ever go on sale?

Our products are offered at the best possible value every day. We never mark up the prices only to offer discounts.

Does my furniture come with a warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our products and will always work with you to ensure you are happy. Any damage due to mishandling by the customer will not be covered under warranty.

What are the payment options?

We make it easy and extremely safe for you to pay online with our multiple payment options. Following are the payment modes we offer:

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

It is recommended not to change the shipping or billing address once the order has been placed. However, in case your address has changed, you can contact us right away.

How do I track the progress of an order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation mail. At every stage of the product delivery, we will notify you via email.

Can I return a product?

An order can be returned if the product received has a manufacturing defect. In case of a transit defect, your product would be repaired or replaced by us.

What is the order cancellation policy?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of order placement.
