An order can be returned or exchanged if the product received has a manufacturing defect. In case of a transit defect, your product would be repaired or replaced by Fine Furnishings. ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
You can cancel your order online before the product has been processed. Your entire order amount will be refunded to you. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once it has been processed as your furniture order is customized as per your request.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In an unlikely event, if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects, please email us at within 2 business days of delivery. Please attach photographs of the defect because it helps us process your request more efficiently. Ensure that the product is in unused condition if it needs to be replaced. Once the claim has been validated by us, we will either replace the damaged component or take other measures necessary to resolve the issue.
